In which I write to remember about my first tomato plant.

I am writing about my tomato plant that never reached its final bloom or maybe it did and it was short. Too short that I only got about 6 tomatoes from it. No bitter feelings. I am just so dumb to continue growing it in a small pot. Just because I am too lazy to purchase bigger pots. I am writing to remember the times I wished it would get some flowers, to bear fruits, and learn the basic stuff about gardening (from pots to kinds of fertilizers such as the amount of N, P, and K appropriate for such plant, etc.) I am writing so I would remember that once in my life, I was able to grow a tomato plant in a two-gallon pot which is funny and stupid and amazing at the same time. Ha!

They were juicy. The best kind of cherry tomatoes I ever had. I am writing because tomorrow I will be starting to make tomato seedlings again. This time I will use a bigger pot, a much bigger one. Let's see how many fruits I can get.

Gardening: first ripe bell pepper

So excited to see the first ripe bell pepper we have at home! It's my first time to plant bell peppers and I'm very happy that it has grown healthy. I can still remember the time I threw some seeds in the pot and after 6 months, it started to flower. There's nothing more exciting than to see our little garden growing. :)

Gardening: First Tomato

First ripe tomato in our little garden. The weather has been very bad lately. Look at those leaves. I hope they will bear more tomatoes like before. I'm still thankful for this little one, though. So fresh! :)

Spotted bell peppers after 6 months! It's our first time to plant bell peppers at home.

And aloe vera! I secretly cut one leaf whenever I feel like putting some on my hair. Kudos to my cousin for taking care of these plants. My flowers died because of the ugliest weather in August. I think I'll plant herbs or veggies than flowers now. :)

Gardening: last full bloom

It was its last full bloom. Beautiful things sometimes don't last but I'm glad of the months it has given me beautiful blooms which made most of my days all right. :)

Gardening: new plants

We've added new plants to our little garden but I don't know their names! My sister and cousin, who've selected them from the farm, don't know or have forgotten their names, too.

Baby's breath. I visualize a beautiful garden surrounded by these little cuties! :P

It finally bloomed after 3 months! So damn sexy flower hahaha

My cousin transferred my Pechay seedlings so he could take care of them while I'm in school.
Rose!
Romel, my cousin, brought three of this kind from work. So pretty and pure.

Transferred them into old pots.

I get so happy when I see them bloom! :)

Gardening: First

One thing I love about my childhood is staying in our garden all afternoon and read books/comics or sleep. I remember Mama told me to talk to her flowers so they will bloom beautifully. I read them stories! :) But that garden is gone now so I decided to make a little garden. I may not be as good as my parents in taking care of plants but I will do my best to water and groom them every day. :)

Baby's Breath flowers.

Tomato!

I don't know the names of most of my plants so if you do, can you tell me? Anyway, I still can't believe these plants are growing fast under my care. I get so happy when I see them bloom. :)
