A letter from September 19th, 2015

Dear FutureMe,

Happy New Year! Do you remember celebrating it last year? You were at Business Bay waiting for the fireworks display at the Burj Khalifa with your sister and her husband among with other expats and locals. I am not sure if you were excited seeing fireworks but you were amazed when it finally happened for sure. So how are you going to spend it now? Where and with whom? Any highlights happening on this day for sure you have to write it on your blog. That's what you do, right? You write. Everything. Even the not-so-fun things in your life. But who cares? That's what you do. So just do it. Please don't stop. Remember that book plan of yours from years ago? From when you were super crafty and creative? Look back to those days. Life may have been different now and a lot of major changes have happened in a year but please remember that it does not have to be complicated as you think it should be. Always remember that it should not always have to be that way. Stay simple as you are. That's how you find happiness most of the time. Simple things make up the great things. Be grateful for what you have but don't forget the people who brought you here. The right people who have made you happy and the right people who have made you cry and break you up into pieces are the people who love abd care about you in opposite frequencies so be thankful for that. Keep your mind as creative as how it is and keep your feet on the ground. Make it a great year :)

Happy new year to you and to the people you are celebrating it with!
