Recipe: Puto Cheese


Ingredients:
Kanegie Kakanin Delicious Puto Cheese All-in-one which includes: Puto Mix Powder, Margarine, Flavoring
5 cups of water
2 eggs
Cheese, sliced

Procedure:
Mix all ingredients: Puto mix powder, water, eggs, flavoring, margarine
Pour puto mixture in your desired molder
Put sliced cheese on top
Steam for about 8 to 10 minutes

Notes:
We used a 350g box of Kanegie Kakanin for Buko Pandan and 750g box for Ube.
For 350g use 2 cups of water; 1 egg
For 750g use 5 cups of water; 2 eggs
You can use butter if you want.
