Blog Challenge: Your Zodiac Sign

My Zodiac sign is Virgo and according to some horoscopes I've read on the internet:
  • She has quite a determination and can do anything if she sets her mind to it.
  • A Virgo girl believes that she is extremely efficient and organized. 
  • She is a stickler for time and it's better not to be late when you are meeting her.
  • It is better to leave her alone for sometime and she will cool again.
  • Her taste is very good and her intellect quite developed.
  • Just like a typical Virgo, she is prone to worrying about things too muchand she will do your part of the job too.
  • She is very sensitive and her feelings are pretty fragile, but she will become exceedingly strong when you need her support.
  • Strengths: Perfectionist
  • Weaknesses: Too critical, Lacks demonstrativeness
And I say, everything you read above is true. I am not saying I believe on these things [horoscopes]. I just picked out the things that described me most from the adjectives given.

There are a lot of things about me but I refuse to say them to everyone because, well, who cares anyway.

Remembering how it feels to write random thoughts

We went for a walk in the neighbourhood after lunch today. The flowers are blooming everywhere, it is so beautiful in Spring. During our walk, I told my husband that we go to Picard to get some frozen goods and he thought to get ice cream too. I am sure that we have ice cream in the fridge but my husband kept insisting that Picard's ice cream is still better. He is really craving for it! I don't remember how it tasted like to be honest but I trust his judgment when it comes to food. Unfortunately, the shop is closed (it's a public holiday - no one is working today - what were we thinking!) so we will go next time. Anyway, going back home, my husband took a small elderberry flower for me that I can put in my small vase. Another Golden Summertime

Summer has been great so far although the heat wave two weeks ago was awful - it was only 4 days of staying more indoors than enjoying the sun. And while tomorrow may be another 30-something, I do enjoy the presence of more sun and daylight. So I am enjoying this season a bit more outdoors so I can hold on to something when Winter comes back in a few months. There's a lot of places I'd like to visit, but something in me (and my husband - probably because we did not plan a trip anyway) wants to stay in our home. Visiting Paris on weekends is enjoyable somehow. As they say, it's the perfect time to visit Paris because the Parisians are out - but I'm not sure about that. The last time, there were lots of tourists in the city and in the metro... I'm not complaining cos I still see myself as a tourist here too! Life will always be confusing

At 20, I thought that life will be easier to live; that I have experienced enough to face problems on my own. I thought all my choices are going to be all right. I thought that I can do everything I want because I am technically not a teenager anymore; no one could stop me from all my choices . So I spent days outside the city mostly, going to other places within the region, going to friends' houses and eat/drink a lot, many nights were spent at the beach and many days ended up not able to talk because I drank too much alcohol. It was fun. Everything were all  I ever wanted. I planned summer outings and even regular days and nights whenever there are no classes or there's a holiday. I enjoyed everything I did.
