Honey sesame chicken |
This is the recipe that I made just a couple of hours ago and I am happy to share it on the internet - yay~
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast, cubed
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Broccoli
- Snow peas
- Dried basil leaves
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken breast and cover pan for 5 minutes
- Remove the cover and let the water (from the chicken breast) evaporate
- Add broccoli and snow peas into the pan and cover it again for 5 minutes
- Remove the cover and add soy sauce, honey, dried basil leaves, salt and pepper
- Turn off the heat
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds
You may serve it with rice or quinoa or by itself. I will be eating this by itself for this week's dinner. Enjoy!
